Robyn Florence grew up on a farm in country Victoria before moving to South Gippsland and finally to Melbourne where she is now based. She started painting around three years ago when she commenced classes with local Mornington Peninsula artists. Over the last year she has worked mainly under the guidance of Cheryl Peterson and has experimented with a variety of painting styles.
Robyn uses mainly acrylic paints although she will sometimes work with oils, watercolours and pastels.
Robyn enjoys painting using bright, bold colours to bring energy and excitement to her work. However there are times when she prefers calming compositions with softer colours on her pallet.
Robyn exhibits her work at Art Shows and her paintings are also for sale online at Gallery 247. Her work is displayed in the homes of friends and clients through out Victoria. |
